There are no insulation or cabinet upgrades. Our fully featured hot tubs only come with an industry-leading 5-part insulation system and synthetic frame and cabinet. An electronic water purifier and a unique LED lighting package are included. Your Northern Hot Tub package even includes a Wi-Fi module to operate your hot tub from anywhere in the world using your iOS or Android smartphone.

There technically is nothing to install as our hot tubs come as a fully assembled and functional product, just like other home appliances. The hot tub requires a flat level base of any kind and a dedicated electrical service. Many Northern Hot Tub dealers provide base installation services. Those who don’t should be able to refer to a local landscaping company that can. A certified electrician must perform the electrical service. Our dealers are trained to provide white glove delivery and set up where everything is taken care of, including placing the hot tub, complete assembly, filling and testing, water care and hot tub operation instructions, and even removing and disposing of the hot tub packaging. The white glove delivery and set up fee is $500 for fully accessible, ground-level access. Additional charges will apply if the backyard is not accessible, requires a crane, or if the hot tub needs to be placed on an elevated surface such as a second-story deck.
